Babiology: Breastfeeding Cafe

Tuesdays, 1-2pm at Babiology in Raleigh. Join the La Leche League of Wake County at their “Breastfeeding Café” group meeting at Babiology.  It is a free, drop in, bring-your-own-lunch type of meeting.  A La Leche leader is always here to meet with expectant or nursing moms who want to talk about any issues or concerns they have with breastfeeding.  There is not a set topic, just a weekly time for women to stop by and ask questions about any and all stages of nursing.

Have you ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started? Have you run in the past and would like to get back into it? Are you looking for some extra cardio and the motivation to stick with it? If you answered "Yes!" to any of those questions then this program is for you!

Our training includes:
- 9 weeks of stroller-friendly group training runs
- Weekly training program & guidance (1-2 additional runs/week completed on your own)
- Training run locations in the Midtown Raleigh area (incl. Shelley Lake & Greenway Trails)
- Education on running form, injury prevention, increasing speed & distance and choosing the right running shoes
- Supportive atmostphere with other moms working towards the same goal!
